Belly Fat Diets

Within the pages of this site I am going to be showing you how you can lose weight in your belly area, but more importantly, giving you some dieting tips and tricks from experience.   Dieting to me is not just about food it is about a lifestyle. If you can get this idea down, you can lose as much weight as you want.

You want abs and a firm waistline?

If you want to lose belly fat, diet is a going to be a big part of your journey.  If you are tired of the grind it takes to actually to get those abs you want, the first focus should be “diet” and NOT exercise.  I can tell you that it is a hell of a lot easier to not eat 100 calories than it is to burn 100 calories.

If you don’t believe me, I want to give you a few examples.

Calories, the Simple Diet Math

People get so lost in all of the dieting schemes out there that totally lose sight of how the human body operates.  If you want to effectively diet, you need to understand this simple mathematical formula.

Calories Consumed – Calories Burned = Net Weight Gain/Weight Loss

There are just over 3,000 calories in a LB of fat, so if you are trying to lose weight, then you should definitely be considering the fact that if you can be “negative” 3,000 calories, you are going to be losing a pound of pure fat from your body (likely from the fat storage areas like your belly first).

Plain and simple, if you can burn more calories that you eat, then you are going to lose the love handles.

My #1 Food to Avoid Like a Plague

If you are trying to lose belly fat and are still drinking JUICE (yes, even the not from concentrate stuff), you are doing yourself a disfavor.  DRINKS are by far the easiest way to consume calories in particular calorie intense ones like ALL types of juice.

The companies out there that tell you their juice is high in vitamins is masking the reality of it.  They are high in simple sugars and low in health.  Their vitamins are inserted into their juices and are much lower quality.  Plus when you drink juice, you are missing the entire benefit of the actual fruit, the fiber!

Simple sugars simply leave you fat at the end of the day.  Avoid juices altogether.

If you are Consuming “THESE”, You Are Eating Properly

Bar none, vegetables are the best thing you can eat.  They are low in sugars (which turn to fat remember), super high in natural vitamins (the best type), and the are so high in fibre that when you eat them you get the feeling of being full.  That is what you want.

Try to eat Vegetables with every meal, even if it is a carrot with your lunch.  I can assure you that this is the healthy thing you can do when it comes to your personal diet and intake of calories.  You are only to stand benefit from this.
